Located at 1665 Main St, Buffalo, NY 14209, Imperial Pizza - Main Street operates as a pizza restaurant serving Buffalo in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Buffalo, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across New York on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.
Hours are published for 2 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 AMβ10 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (716) 508-2261. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, imperialpizzabuffalo.com.

Buffalo is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Buffalo is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE DETOUR FROM PEACE BRIDGE!! AND SUPER EASY to get back on Route 90! This place came highly recommended from friends in Buffalo and my word, I AM SO GLAD we listened. The grilled Buffalo wings are simply the best I've ever had. Ordered them to go and snarfed them down in the car with the giant pot of bleu cheese that had just enough of the bleu taste without going full stank. They didn't have a Reuben pizza at this location but the awesome guy on the phone hooked us up with delicious beef pepperoni with a very flavorful tomato sauce and just the right crust, not a thin napolitnao crust, not deep dish, but that "grandma pie" sweet spot. Glad we ordered ahead because there were 6 people waiting to order at ~3pm on a Monday, including some regulars who said I made the right choice with the detour and we totally agree! We got there when they told us and watched them take our order out so it was piping hot and perfect. My daughter loved the massive chicken tenders. It is a bit pricey, about $50 for half a pep pie, 10 wings, and kids tenders but one tender and 10 wings held me, wife, and toddler and have at least six absolutely delightful servings out of it. So I'd say

Iβve ordered from Imperial Pizza probably five or six times now, and every single order has been delivered to my house without any issues. This time was completely different. The manager got on the phone with me right away and had a rude, argumentative attitude. Instead of trying to help, she kept insisting they donβt deliver that far, even though theyβve had no problem delivering to my address multiple times before. To make matters worse, she thought she put me on hold and started talking about me while I was still on the line. Thatβs completely unprofessional and honestly the worst part of the whole experience. Iβm not upset because of one order. Iβm upset because of the way I was treated. If your delivery area has changed, thatβs one thing, but thereβs no reason to speak to a paying customer like that or talk about them behind their back. Iβve always had good experiences with Imperial Pizza until now, which is why this was so disappointing. I just wanted to bring this to your attention because customers deserve to be treated with respect.

Pizza was fantastic. Love the flavors of the pizza sauce. Also highly recommend the mild wings. Very meaty and cooked to perfection.

Amazing Pizza & Fries Combo β Worth Every Penny! Had a fantastic meal at Imperial Pizza in Buffalo! Ordered the mushroom pizza and fries combo, and it was absolutely the best. The pizza was incredibly juicy and cheesy, and the fries were super loaded and crispyβdefinitely worth the price. My friend tried the wings and a pepperoni slice and loved them just as much! For $12, we got a huge slice, a generous portion of fries, and a big drinkβa great deal for the quality and portion size. Wish they had a location in Toronto because Iβd be a regular! The only downside was that the floor was quite dirty, and they didnβt clean our area before seating us. Other than that, the food was fantastic, and weβll definitely be back on our next trip to Buffalo!
